What we collect

When you create a page, we store your display name, email, and the unique application link we generate for you. When someone submits an application to your page, we store the name, email, optional social links, summary, and answers they provided.

Who can see what

Public pages show only your name, tagline, bio, photo, and the total number of applications — never any applicant details. Applications are visible only to you inside your private dashboard.

Your rights

You can deactivate or delete your page at any time from your dashboard. Applicants receive a personal deletion link with every submission so they can remove their data without asking anyone for permission.

Email

We use your email to send sign-in links and notify you of new applications. We don't sell data, run ads, or share it with third parties for marketing.
